    The Palestine Solidarity Alliance, drawing from our nation’s painful apartheid history of systematic oppression and our commitment to human dignity, issues this statement in response to the Independent International Commission of Inquiry’s report on Israel’s deliberate targeting of Palestinian children.

    We have reviewed the Commission’s findings with profound horror. What we have witnessed is not a conflict with collateral damage but rather a deliberate, systematic campaign against Palestinian children that constitutes genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.

  • A HEROINE RETURNS! PSA WELCOMES HOME DR. TLALENG MOFOKENG

    PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA – The Palestine Solidarity Alliance (PSA), alongside a coalition of activists, family, and friends, today accorded Dr. Tlaleng Mofokeng a heroine’s welcome upon her return to the land of her birth. Dr. Mofokeng, a distinguished South African medical doctor, has just concluded her impactful tenure as the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health—a role to which she was appointed by the UN Human Rights Council in July 2020.

    PSA STATEMENT ON THE XENOPHOBIC MOBILISATION BY OPERATION DUDULA, MARCH TO MARCH AND THEIR SUPPORTERS

    15 June 2026: The Palestinian Solidarity Alliance condemns, in the strongest terms, the growing xenophobic rhetoric and mobilisation being promoted by Operation Dudula, March to March, and those political actors who have chosen to lend legitimacy to these dangerous campaigns.

    We say this plainly: migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and foreign nationals are not the enemy of South Africa.

    The enemy is not the mother from Zimbabwe trying to feed her children. It is not the young man from Malawi looking for work. It is not the Mozambican worker, the Congolese trader, the Somali shopkeeper, the Pakistani shop owner, the Bangladeshi worker, the Nigerian student, the Ethiopian refugee, or any undocumented person living in fear while trying to survive.
